I’ve ordered from here twice now, and both times the site showed the item was in stock. Then I got an email saying something different, like it wasn’t actually available after all. It’s confusing and frustrating when you think your order is good to go, only to find out later it’s not

I was able to find what I needed, but the checkout process felt kind of confusing. Not sure how to explain it, but the site just felt a bit clunky to use

"Shipping was honestly a mess"
I don’t know what happened, but the shipping took way longer than it should have. I was waiting for weeks and the package still hadn’t shown up. It just felt really frustrating and kind of disappointing overall.

"Still not sure I’d fully trust it"
I spent some time on lncurtis.com and, yeah, it does look legitimate in a few ways, but I never really got that easy “okay, this feels solid” feeling. Some of the information seemed a little thin, and I had to keep clicking around and basically force myself to be patient just to find enough details to feel halfway comfortable.
Maybe if you already know the company, it’s no big deal. But as someone coming in fresh, I wanted the site to do more to earn my trust without making me work for it. I’d probably be cautious, especially before placing any kind of large order

"It does what it’s supposed to..."
It does what it’s supposed to do, and at first I was happy with it. But then I got to the payment part that kind of annoyed me. The choices feel a bit limited, which makes the whole experience less convenient than it should be.

"Not what I expected from them"
The box showed up in rough shape and the packaging felt really careless. I expected much better from this brand, so it was disappointing to have the whole experience start off like that.

The customization actually looked good overall, but a few little details came out a bit off.

The promos on lncurtis.com were kind of hit or miss for me. A few deals seemed decent, but nothing really felt like a huge bargain. I had to spend some time clicking around to figure out what was actually worth it, which was a little frustrating. I also expected a faster response when I had a question, so that could be better too. Overall, not a bad experience, but I’d like to see stronger offers that are easier to find.

I expected setting up the account to be some ridiculous back-and-forth, but it actually went smoothly. The account manager was helpful and got me through everything without much hassle

The product details were easy to follow at first, but then a few specs seemed to be missing, or maybe just not explained clearly enough, so I ended up checking another site to be sure.

I was disappointed with the quality. I picked this up after work because I’d been meaning to replace some old gear for a while, and it broke way faster than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it didn’t feel like it was built to last

"Limited selection and could use clearer guidance"
I checked out lncurtis.com hoping there would be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A few things I was looking for either weren’t available or only had one or two options, so it was hard to really compare anything.
It might be fine if you already know exactly what you need, but I was expecting clearer instructions or better guidance while browsing. I ended up getting frustrated and looking at other sites instead.

I did get my order in the end, but I was expecting the delivery process to be a bit smoother. The shipping updates were inconsistent, and it showed up a couple days later than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, but definitely not as seamless as I’d hoped.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing and wouldn’t take my card properly. I had to start over twice, which was already frustrating, and when I tried to get help, I kept getting inconsistent answers about what the problem was. One message made it sound like it was my card, another made it seem like it was the site. I got tired of dealing with it and just gave up. Definitely not a great shopping experience

"Fair prices, seems like decent value"
I ordered a few things from lncurtis.com, and the prices seemed fair to me compared to a few other sites I looked at. I’m not saying they were the absolute cheapest on everything, but nothing felt overly marked up either, you know? Shipping did add a little more than I expected, so that’s why I’d knock off a star. Overall, I’d probably order again as long as the prices stay in the same range...

"Sizing felt off and the gloves didn’t feel great"
I ordered the turnout gloves expecting something a bit more solid, but they felt kind of cheap right out of the package. The sizing also seemed way off for me, which made them uncomfortable to wear. I reached out to support and the reply was basically, “that’s the standard fit” and that I could “try exchanging for another size,” but it didn’t really make me feel any better about the quality. Overall, just not what I was hoping for.

"Hard to get a straight answer"
Well... I emailed them twice about my order and still never really got a clear answer. I tried calling too, but that didn’t get me anywhere either. Maybe they were just swamped, but it definitely felt like nobody really wanted to help

"Quick and reassuring tech support"
I had a small issue getting my order set up, and tech support got back to me quickly. I’m usually a little cautious when sharing order details or trying fixes, but they explained everything in plain language and didn’t push me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They stayed with me until it was sorted out. Really helpful and no hassle.
